OUR POLICY

1. Client Onboarding and Gating

To maintain professional safety standards, specific clinical requirements must be met before access to our services is granted:

  • Pathology Submissions: Standalone blood panel reviews require the submission of an active pathology report via our secure form. Processing timelines cannot begin until files are received.

  • Health Screening: Program intake checklists must be completed accurately. For physical programs, any active contraindications (such as but not limited to: heat intolerance, active infections, or open tissue concerns) must be declared honestly to protect client health.

2. Calendar and Rescheduling Rules

We value your time and maintain strict scheduling parameters to protect clinic room availability:

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is strictly required to reschedule an initial 60-minute assessment or any pre-booked clinical timeslot.

  • Cancellations submitted with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in that appointment being voided from your program track without a refund or replacement slot.

3. Code of Conduct and Zero Tolerance

Our facility operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding aggressive behavior, harassment, or abusive communication directed at our clinical practitioners or administration staff. We reserve the absolute right to terminate a client's program immediately, without a refund, if safe professional boundaries are crossed.
