1. Clinical Service Boundaries
By purchasing any service or program on this platform, you agree to the following operational boundaries:
Our recovery pathways, physical device applications, and custom nutrition plans provide specialized biological and psychological support.
Our services are complementary and do not replace emergency medical interventions or the direct supervision of your primary General Practitioner (GP).
Always seek formal professional medical clearing before making acute alterations to an active medical care plan.
2. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Upfront online transactions are processed securely via Stripe through our checkout system.
Standalone in-clinic consultations do not require upfront payment and must be settled on-site via EFTPOS or Cash upon arrival.
3. Strict Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our refund parameters are strictly locked under Australian Consumer Law provisions for customized clinical fulfillment and booked availability:
12-Week Recovery Programs: Enrolment fees are strictly non-refundable once purchased. The only exception is a cancellation request submitted via email within exactly six (6) hours of your initial checkout transaction. Once this 6-hour window expires, all program fees are final.
Standalone Products and Formulations: Due to the custom compounding and automated data preparation of your personalized dispensary formulations and emailed panel reviews, all retail product transactions are final and 100% non-refundable.
4. Prescription Integrity
All specialized formulations dispensed during your care timeline are compiled strictly for your individual biological baseline. They must not be shared, sold, or distributed to any other individual.
